Singapore topped the Global e-Government 2003 study released by Brown University, Rhode Island, US in September 2003. The Brown University report analysed 2,166 Government websites in 198 different nations.
DonorCare@HSA is an online website, dedicated to serve the needs of the community of blood donors in Singapore. Through its interactive self-service features, regular donors will experience more control in managing their own blood donation schedules conveniently.


Singaporeans can register online for sports courses, events and activities through the Singapore Sports Council's (SSC) Sports Programme Online Registration System (SPORTS).
The Singapore Subordinate Courts (SubCourts) website has received an award for its comprehensive self-help counters, numerous online services, and easy accessibility for the public.
