Local enterprises can now get access to more than 30 government agencies and business chambers and associations with the launch of EnterpriseOne, an initiative for enterprises managed by SPRING Singapore.
The findings from the Annual Survey on Infocomm Usage in Households and By Individuals for 2005 shows that more Singaporeans are going online to use Government services and information.


The www.ecitizen.gov.sg portal was a winner in the 'Government - National' category at the Hitwise Online Performance Award. The Hitwise Online award was given to the most popular industry websites of more than 160 different industries.
In a move to improve the efficiency and response times of medical staff, Tan Tock Seng Hospital's 500 doctors traded in their pagers for mobile phones. Rather than simply receiving a page from the nurses with no information, the doctor is now able to receive a text message containing the relevant information.
